In the production of mining equipment in carbon factories, raw materials (such as petroleum coke, foundry coke, delayed time coke, bitumen coke, long flame coal) should be calcined at 1100~1300 ° C and no CO2 standard to clean up. Remove all moisture content and volatile matter, make its structure more compact, increase its true ratio, and improve heat resistance, oxidation resistance, impact toughness, electrical conductivity and heat transfer. For low-grade active zinc oxide iron ore that cannot be flotated immediately, the rotary kiln can also be used for emergency treatment of evaporation and burning.
