The sealing device of the chemical kiln is a flexible structure, which uses a special high temperature resistant and abrasion resistant semi flexible new composite material (carbon silicon nickel composite plate), which includes heat-resistant steel fish scale, carbon silicon nickel composite plate, and ordinary steel plate fish scale. The flexible sealing structure, which is composed of the combination of the flexible sealing structure, can be deformed with the movement of the Rotary kiln as a whole, so as to adapt to the deflection and eccentricity of the Rotary kiln body caused by the deformation of the kiln body under high temperature use. One end of it is fixed on the kiln head cover or kiln tail smoke chamber, and the other end is seamlessly covered on a specially designed friction sleeve, achieving seamless sealing and ensuring no air leakage. The arrangement of the ash hopper ensures that the material can be poured out under the abnormal production of the Rotary kiln, and the material can be discharged through the channel. The outlet pipe of the ash hopper is connected to the equipment under the tower or treated in a centralized way according to the site conditions, so that the preheated raw materials will not leak out of the equipment and pollute the environment and operators. Due to the fact that all the sealing materials used in the flexible sealing device are made of high-temperature resistant materials and special heat treatment processes, they can still maintain good mechanical properties even at a kiln head temperature of 1000 ℃~1200 ℃, thereby ensuring the sealing effect and service life. Thoroughly solve the problem of air and ash leakage between rotating and fixed components, and increase the temperature of the tertiary air at the kiln head to ensure a normal thermal working environment.
